Mo'bike 2! Walkthrough
Mo'bike 2 is without question one of the most unique and interesting motorcycle games online, completely unlike most of the other games in the genre. Not only is it different, however. It's also fairly difficult. If you want to get to the end of the game you will need to experiment with different ramp positions, different speeds and different stop times until you find what works. To add even more challenge, what works for one level may not work for the next level and you're given only five chances to get through the game. As you play you will get a better understanding of what is being asked of you and what you need to do to complete the level. Even so, things are never easy which is what makes this game so addictive. This is a game you're going to have a blast with, even if you aren't able to complete all give jumps. It is possible to complete all five jumps with the lives you are given - it just isn't easy.
One of the most fun aspects of Mo'bike 2 is that it offers you the ability to customize the colors of not only your bike but your jumpsuit as well. Although allowing you to pick the color of your bike and the kind of bike you want to ride isn't entirely unique in a motorcycle game, the level of customization here is exceptional. By allowing you to choose the color of your jumpsuit, the detailing on your jumpsuit, your bike and the detailing on your bike this game goes above and beyond standard customization options and gives the game a more personalized feel. You are also given three different bikes to choose from, each with it's own strengths and weaknesses. Bike one is a classic. It's small, light weight and offers excellent breaking capabilities as well as a stable ride. Bike two is more modern but doesn't offer much in the brake department. Bike three is a classic chopper; slow, heavy, very stable with average breaking. Which one you choose will dictate the kind of ride you have.
Mo'bike 2 is going to be hard for some players to get used to. It breaks away from the traditional 'wasd' or arrow controls most motorcycle games use. You'll still be using the up and down arrow keys while adjusting the height of the ramp but generally speaking, this game is played entirely with the mouse. You start at the beginning of the jump and click on the orange arrow keys on either side of the word 'start' to view the track. Adjust the ramps and set your target area then click start. Click on the arrow along the black bar and slide it toward the word 'max' to accelerate. Be careful though. Accelerating too fast will cause you to tip backwards and crash. Click on the arrow again and drag it away from 'max' to bring your bike to a stop in the marked target area. Sounds easy, right? It's not. You need to make sure your ramps are at the right height and you use the right amount of speed or you'll fail. You need to break at the right time or you'll miss the rather narrow stop area at the end of the track. If you miss your target stop area by so much as a tire, you'll fail.
Overall, Mo'bike 2 is a challenging but entertaining game that will keep you playing game after game. Although you might find yourself getting frustrated with some of the jumps, you won't want to quit. Regardless of whether you can complete all five jumps, you'll have a blast with this game. Winning is always nice, but with this one, most of the fun is in trying. Focus on the height of your ramps, your speed and hitting your stop target and you should do fine.
